I’m a freelance science journalist based in Perth, Western Australia.
I’ve covered science and technology for Undark, Cosmos magazine, ABC Science, Particle, Double Helix and create magazine.
I also teach SCOM2208 Science Writing at The University of Western Australia.
I cut my writing teeth in the fast-paced world of print and online journalism as the science and environment reporter for The West Australian newspaper.
I’m also quite good at explosions, thanks to a start in science communication at Western Australia’s premier science centre Scitech.
I’ve been freelancing for almost a decade and I love it.
